Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, fuzzing, or attacking ATB Digital APIs, MQTT brokers, or web endpoints. ATB Digital Solutions holds zero liability for unauthorized third-party access, home network intrusions, router hacks, or data interception caused by compromised local Wi-Fi passwords, infected user devices, or external cyber incidents.

2. Hardware Relays & Forceful Damage Disclaimer

All smart switches and relay controllers are custom-engineered for residential electrical loads. The company is strictly NOT liable for hardware burnout, PCB damage, or melted casings caused by forceful opening, seal tampering, DIY soldering, improper phase wiring, or connecting appliances exceeding maximum relay amperage. Any evidence of physical tampering immediately voids the 1-Year warranty.

3. High-Voltage Surges & Consequential Damages

ATB Digital is not liable for appliance damage or electrical faults resulting from fluctuating utility voltages, lightning strikes, or improper neutral-earth grounding in the property.

4. Network Downtime & Manual Override

Remote telemetry and mobile alerts depend on 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi and ISP availability. Physical manual wall switches remain fully operational during internet or cloud outages.
